Who am I?

I am a lot of things, but above all I'm a wife, stay-at-home mama, an entrepreneur, and I am a teacher. I truly believe that feeling good not only in what you wear but also in how you feel helps you to be more inspirational, more adventurous, and more confident in all that you set out to do.

I love my family...with all the ups and downs. We are loud. We are homebodies. We are not. We love movies. We love books. We love rabbits. We love laughs. We get along. We fight. We agree and we disagree. We are a family through it all.

There could be a million reasons for me to have a business. But my 2 biggest reasons (my whys) include: my boys AND those around me. I want my kids to know that they can do whatever they work for and, even though it can be difficult, it is definitely worth the work. I also want to be able to help those around me. TRE® gives me that ability.

It allows me to teach and to help others learn how to feel balanced in their body. The best part is that the body wants to and will naturally do it on it's own if we allow it. My belief that all people are children of God leads me to take care of those around me and allows me to help all, no matter who they are or what they believe.
